SEPA Payments: A New Option for Our European Users

Our users in the SEPA zone (EU states and more(1)) can now choose the SEPA Direct Debit method to pay for their monthly usage on Translation.io.
SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area, and it allows secure bank transactions between businesses and their customers across Europe.
You can (and should) choose SEPA if…
- you are based in a SEPA country(1), and
- you have a bank account with an IBAN number.
Benefits of SEPA Direct Debit
- Fast, easy and secure
- No credit card needed
- No service interruption while the payment is being processed
How to choose SEPA?
- Log into your Translation.io account
- Go to the billing section
- Add/update your payment method
- Choose “SEPA Debit” and fill in your information

- EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
- Other states: Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Vatican City.
